Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Cancellations or reschedules with more than 48 hours’ notice will have their deposit transferred to the new appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit their deposit.
Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service, cancellation, or be treated as a no-show at our discretion. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible — while we’ll do our best to accommodate, this cannot be guaranteed.
Permanent Jewellery Terms and Conditions
No Refunds or Exchanges
Permanent jewellery is custom-fitted and worn immediately. For this reason, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
Rewelds & Removals
Free rewelds are offered for the lifetime of the specific chain if it breaks or needs removal for medical reasons.
For removal, clients may book a free appointment, or the chain can be cut at the jump ring or weld site. The chain must be kept safe for rewelding.
Chains cannot be replaced during rewelds, regardless of where the break occurs.
Jewellery Care
Chains are made from 14K gold-filled, sterling silver, and stainless steel materials. While durable, exposure to sweat, oils, and chemicals may cause dullness over time.
To maintain shine, gently wipe jewellery with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals where possible.
Lash Lift & Tint Terms and Conditions
Risk Acknowledgement
Lash lift and tint services involve the use of professional products that may cause allergic reactions. Reactions can occur at any time, even if similar products have been used previously without issue. Possible reactions may include redness, itching, swelling, or more severe irritation.
Liability
All necessary precautions are taken to minimise the risk of adverse reactions. However, the studio and technician are not responsible for allergic reactions or complications that may arise from the service. Any medical treatment or associated costs remain the responsibility of the client.
LED Lash Extensions Terms and Conditions

Lash extension services involve the use of professional products that may cause allergic reactions. Reactions can occur at any time, even if similar products have been used previously without issue. Potential reactions may include redness, itching, swelling, or more severe irritation.

All reasonable precautions are taken to minimise risk. The studio and technician are not liable for allergic reactions or complications that may occur as a result of the service. Any required medical treatment or related costs are the responsibility of the client.
LED/UV Sensitivity
All lash extension services are performed using an LED Lash System, which involves LED light to cure the adhesive. Clients with known sensitivities or medical conditions affected by LED or UV exposure should seek medical advice prior to booking.
Preparing for Your Appointment
To ensure the best possible results, please arrive with:
- No eye makeup (including mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or concealer around the eyes)
- Clean, dry lashes free from oils or residue
If eye makeup needs to be removed during the appointment, application time may be reduced, which can affect the final result.
Lash Extension Aftercare
- LED lashes are cured before you even leave your appointment, so you can get them wet straight away!
- Do not use mascara on your extensions — this causes build-up that is extremely difficult to remove and will significantly affect your retention
- Cleanse your lashes regularly with a lash-safe cleanser, ensuring no makeup or product residue remains
- Avoid oil-based products around the eye area
- Do not pick, pull, or rub your extensions
- Sleep on your back or use a silk pillowcase where possible
- Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie
⚠️ Please note: If product residue, mascara, or build-up is found on your lashes at your appointment, this may result in poor retention and you may need to book an additional fill sooner than usual. Blueberry Beauty Bar does not accept liability for poor retention resulting from inadequate lash care between appointments.
